Einnahme & Wirkung

Wir empfehlen die Produkte je nach Situation einzusetzen: Focus am Morgen, Immune und Balance tagsüber und Night am Abend. So hast du für jeden Moment dein wohltuendes Ritual.

Beginne mit ½ Portion und steigere nach einigen Tagen auf die volle Dosis. Konsistenz ist entscheidend. Adaptogene Wirkungen entfalten sich durch tägliche Anwendung und bauen sich auf.

👉 Tipp: Mach dir daraus ein festes Ritual am Tag, so bleibt es einfach und wird Teil deiner Routine.

Die Wirkung hängt immer von deinem Körper individuell ab. Wir haben keine „Wunderpillen“, sondern Naturstoffe in höchster Qualität, Bioverfügbarkeit und Konzentration.

Erste Effekte wie Fokus, Ruhe oder Vitalität können sich bereits nach einigen Tagen zeigen. Wir empfehlen zu Beginn eine kurweise Einnahme von 1-3 Monaten. Adaptogene bauen ihre Effekte im Körper mit der Zeit auf und passen sich deinen Bedürfnissen an.
