We recommend 1.5 scoops in warm (plant) milk in the morning, afternoon or after exercise

How to get started

Start with ½ serving and increase to full dose after a few days. Consistency is crucial. Adaptogenic effects unfold through daily use and build up.

Natural benefits take time

The effect always depends on your body individually. We do not have "miracle pills", but natural substances of the highest quality, bioavailability and concentration.

First effects can already appear after a few days. We recommend a course intake of 1-3 months at the beginning. Adaptogens build up their effects in the body over time and adapt to your needs.

All products can be used permanently. Feel free to take a break after 3 months.

How to prepare your mushroom drinks

Stir 1 scoop of powder into 200 ml of milk, plant drink, water or alternatively in yoghurt.

Stir thoroughly - it is best to use a frother for cold drinks.
