Your daily tea ritual

We recommend 1 cup of Chaga tea during the day as a traditional ritual.

How to get started

Start with ½ serving and increase to full dose after a few days. Consistency is crucial. Adaptogenic effects unfold through daily use and build up.

👉 Tip: Make it a fixed daily ritual, so it remains simple and becomes part of your routine.

Natural benefits take time

The effect always depends on your body individually. We do not have "miracle pills", but natural substances of the highest quality, bioavailability and concentration.

First effects can already appear after a few days. We recommend a course intake of 1-3 months at the beginning. Adaptogens build up their effects in the body over time and adapt to your needs.

All products can be used permanently. Feel free to take a break after 3 months.

You can then also use the products selectively, e.g. in particularly stressful phases, in the allergy period, during sports top performance, etc.

Zubereitung deines Mushroom Drinks

Weigh 5 g of Chaga chunks and put them in a pot, making sure that the chunks are completely covered with water.

Extract for at least 15 minutes (preferably longer), do not let it boil.

Strain off Chaga chunks and store in a closed jar, covered with fresh water, in the refrigerator.

Chaga mushrooms have a very high antioxidant content (1,500 times that of blueberries, measured by the ORAC value) and are truly powerful mushrooms! You can use these mushroom chunks to brew chaga tea in the traditional way. They are particularly large (up to about 5 cm) and reusable (preparation instructions included).

In European naturopathy, Chaga is traditionally used successfully for numerous issues.

Our Chaga grows above the Arctic Circle in Lapland (Finland) and is harvested from organically and sustainably managed forests.

We use only chaga mushrooms (including the crust) that are at least 5 years old and grow at least 1 meter above the ground on living birch trees. They are freshly harvested by experienced locals, gently dried, and independently tested for pollutants and impurities.
