Your daily balance ritual

We recommend 1 teaspoon pure or mixed in your favorite drink in the afternoon/early evening, after exercise or before your meditation as a relaxing ritual

How to get started

Start with ½ serving and increase to full dose after a few days. Consistency is crucial. Adaptogenic effects unfold through daily use and build up.
