How to take & benefits

Your daily mushroom ritual

We recommend using the products depending on the situation: Focus in the morning, Immune and Balance during the day and Night in the evening. That way, you'll have your soothing ritual for every moment.

How to get started

Start with ½ serving and increase to full dose after a few days. Consistency is crucial. Adaptogenic effects unfold through daily use and build up.
