Sometimes you get a craving for chocolate and coffee. When that happens, this nice cream is exactly what you need.
It's creamy, fruit-sweetened, intensely chocolatey, infused with coffee, and ready in just a few minutes!
• 1 frozen banana (large and ripe)
· 1 scoop of smaints Mushroom Cacao
• 10 ml strong, cold coffee/espresso (or 1/2 tsp powder)
• 1 tbsp plant milk (optional)
• A few cocoa nibs for garnish
1. Put everything into a food processor (or blender) and blend until it is nice and thick.
You can flavor it with cocoa, coffee, or milk, but be careful not to make it too runny.
2. Garnish with cacao nibs and sliced fresh bananas. Best enjoyed immediately!
3. Quick tip if there's any leftover: Freeze it in ice cube or popsicle molds.
