Good Sleep Snack - Perfect in the evening and gentle on the stomach

Would you like a healthy snack in the evening that's easy to digest and won't sit heavy in your stomach? How about a delicious chia protein pudding, which will perfectly prepare you for a good night's sleep and is gentle on your stomach?

For this you will need:

    • 20g chia seeds
    • 150g yogurt / plant-based yogurt alternative
    • approx. 50ml milk / plant-based milk
    • 1 tsp Mushroom Pure Night liquid extract
    • 10g collagen powder
    • Toppings of your choice
    • Sweetener of your choice

    Preparation:

    1. Pour the milk over the chia seeds and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
    2. Stir in the yogurt.
    3. Add the collagen powder and mix well.
    4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of liquid extract.
    5. Sweeten to your liking (with xylitol, honey, agave syrup, etc.)
    6. Top and enjoy. :)
