We've formulated the recipe to be effective but not too strong. All you have to do is mix our ready-made powder with warm milk. It's best enjoyed in the afternoon or evening.
• 300 ml warm (plant-based) milk (do not boil!)
· 1 scoop of smaints Golden Mushroom Milk

1. Heat milk or plant-based milk in a pot. Do not let it boil.
2. Stir the Golden Mushroom Milk into the warm milk, ideally using a whisk. Do not allow it to boil, otherwise some of the active ingredients will be destroyed.
3. Golden Milk isn't too spicy. Alternatively, add a little more milk or a healthy sweetener.
4. Enjoy your moment and boost your immune system! :-)
