
Energy balls and golden milk reimagined: An anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting snack for those with a sweet tooth ;-)
Best enjoyed in the afternoon or evening.
· 2 scoops of Smaints Golden Mushroom Milk
• 1 cup cashew nuts or other nuts of your choice
• 1 cup pitted dates
• ¼ cup shredded coconut
Water / plant-based milk
For optimal immune system support, we also recommend 1 teaspoon of our Immune Liquid Extract.
1. Soak the dates in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Reserve the soaking water.
2. Place everything in a food processor or blender and blend until a sticky mass forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a small splash of water.
3. Now form small balls, which you then roll in desiccated coconut.
4. Best enjoyed at room temperature and stored well covered in the refrigerator (max. 1 week).
