Welcome to the team: Aleks!

Our team has grown! We are delighted to welcome Aleksandra as our new Customer Success Manager, effective September 1, 2024, at smaints. This brings our team to seven employees, all dedicated to making the potential of medicinal mushrooms accessible to even more people.

Aleksandra, now also a "mushroom girl", brings professional know-how and extensive practical experience in e-commerce and is passionate about excellent customer service and functioning processes.

With her keen understanding of our customers' needs, she will ensure that all inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and courteously. Aleksandra knows that first-class service plays a crucial role and has set herself the goal of providing you with a thoroughly positive experience at smaints by developing a holistic and efficient customer success and content process. She will also support us in developing a digital training product.
